We often need to refresh ourselves to stay focused and to get back on track especially when we are juggling family members, work and other responsibilities. It can feel uncertain when we are starting something new and it’s a solid strategy to refresh yourself, ask questions and gain clarity to reach your goals. Sometimes we need a little extra support to keep it moving and a reminder to put the oxygen mask on ourselves first.
